Senior SEO Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager who can drive quality traffic to our websites, generate leads, and boost conversions.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with content writers to achieve SEO goals.
  • He/She will also be responsible for directing/delegating tasks to junior SEO executives to maximize results.
  • Ability to lead a SEO and Social Media Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement keyword research strategies to optimize website performance.
  • Analyze on-site and off-site SEO competition to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate performance reports using Google Analytics and other tools to track webpage rankings.
  • Direct/Delegate tasks to junior SEO executives on SEO efforts and local listing.
  • Stay up to date with Google search engine ranking updates and collaborate with writers and developers to prepare accordingly.
  • Identify and coordinate lucrative back linking & guest posting opportunities with the writing team.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with Developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor website performance and plan content updates for optimal ranking.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage time effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of keywords and ranking.
  • Leverage Google Search Console to plan content and monitor performance.
  • Keep a close eye on competitors' strategies.
  • Work proactively with the writing team to plan content.
  • Candidates should be able to handle multiple websites of varying complexity.
  • Proficiency in all basic and advanced SEO standards is essential.
