The role of Customer Experience Associate is crucial in ensuring our users have a positive and seamless experience with our platform. We're looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to providing an outstanding experience to our users.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media in a friendly, honest, and helpful manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues such as failed transfers, declined payments, and lost or stolen cards quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, like Financial Crime and Risk, to identify and monitor suspicious activity.
This is an entry-level position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail. You should be able to deal with multiple issues and queries daily while maintaining a calm demeanor. A positive and patient attitude is essential, along with a genuine desire to help customers and leave each interaction feeling great.
Benefits- USD-Denominated Salary: All salaries are pegged to USD to protect team members from inflation. If the dollar depreciates against the PKR, you'll receive a minimum payment equal to your PKR salary.
