Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tax & Accounting Associate. This role involves providing exceptional client service, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact proactively with clients to address their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to understand their financial situations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Recommend additional financial products and services that meet clients' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACCA/ CA / CPA /CMA qualified or pursuing.
  • Proficient in UAE VAT and Tax Computations.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting standards.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, quality assurance policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in English.

  • Identify potential deductions and tax credits; advise on minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Oversee registration requirements and thresholds for VAT and CT.
  • Verify the accuracy of past tax returns and ensure records are reconciled.
  • Refer to tax law handbooks for complex tax returns to ensure compliance.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including payables and receivables.
  • Oversee petty cash management and coordinate bank deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts.
  • Review and analyze financial records, including income statements and expenses.
  • Update financial trackers and databases regularly.
  • Ensure tracking systems are accurate and accessible.
  • Use electronic filing software for preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Provide clients with copies of their completed tax returns.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly summary reports for management.
