Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UI-UX Designer to work closely with project teams to understand user needs and design user-centered mobile app and web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to create effective information structures and navigation systems.
  • Convert designed wireframes into captivating UI designs and prototypes.
  • Work with account/project managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and changing project requirements.
  • Maintain a UI-UX style guide and design system for consistency across all designs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
  • Professional certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field is beneficial.
  • A portfolio of UX design work demonstrating the ability to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Flow Charts is essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
