**Lead UI/UX Designer Position Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned user experience leader to spearhead our digital design efforts and drive innovative solutions for web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional design expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and visual design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design leadership skills and impact-driven work in UI/UX design.

The selected individual will be responsible for guiding the UI/UX design strategy across multiple projects and platforms, working closely with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions, and collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive UI/UX design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and develop targeted design solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers, promoting skill development and best practices within the team.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
  • Advocate for user needs through research, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and high-impact design work for web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Marvel, and prototyping tools.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects end-to-end and work with Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Deep understanding of Material Design, HIG, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
