South Asia Community Lead

As a pivotal team member, you will be responsible for building and managing affiliate relationships in South Asia.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the fintech landscape. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage diverse communities.

We are seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • KOL Management: Proactively engage with Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers to expand our affiliate network
  • Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and paperwork for new affiliates
  • Maintain consistent communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the affiliate channel
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs
  • Community Management: Engage with the South Asian community across various platforms to foster an interactive environment and assist community members
  • Plan and execute community events, such as meetups, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in fintech or crypto
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech
  • Business development background is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
  • Fluency in Urdu and English; other languages are a bonus
