
Affiliate Business Development Manager

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in transforming the gaming industry.
- You will lead, guide and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
- You will train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.
- You will develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies and procedures.
- You will find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
- You will provide support to VIP partners whenever needed.
- You will monitor partners' performance, results and build good relationships with all partners.
We expect the following from you:
- Ensure partner satisfaction by providing exceptional maintenance services to our partners.
- Take charge of network performance, ensuring the affiliate network and revenue meet expectations.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs such as the number of potential partners found, deals closed, NGR per partner and customer feedback.
- Analyze daily reports to improve team performance and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
- Proven sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
