About This Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities

">
  • Manage physical and virtual IT infrastructure for clients, including servers, hardware, and network components.
  • Maintain and optimize hardware performance by upgrading servers, increasing RAM, and implementing security patches.
  • Implement endpoint security measures, including EDRs, antivirus software, and patch management.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as network, cloud, and helpdesk, to optimize client infrastructure.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and fallback solutions for virtual environments.
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications for IT staff on new or upgraded IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure timely updates and upgrades of all servers and equipment.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, SE, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or related field.
  • Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, CCNA, VMware VCP, AZ-104, MS-300 / 301.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care.
  • Strong diagnosis skills for technical issues.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Technical awareness and ability to match resources to technical issues.
  • Service awareness of key IT services.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and technology used to provide IT services.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
