Telecommunications Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Amberz Commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our telecommunications products and services to international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales activities primarily during the night shift to target international clients.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls and understand their requirements to offer suitable telecommunications solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.
- Stay updated about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients.
