Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Amberz Commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our telecommunications products and services to international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct sales activities primarily during the night shift to target international clients.
  2. Reach out to potential customers through calls and understand their requirements to offer suitable telecommunications solutions.
  3. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to promote our products and services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.
  5. Stay updated about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
Requirements
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  3. Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  4. Able to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
  5. Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.
  7. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients.
  8. Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends.
