Job Title: Admission & Marketing Executive

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking a highly skilled Admission & Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for promoting our institution and attracting prospective students from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate and timely information about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
  • Student Engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance throughout the admission process.
  • Application Review: Review and evaluate applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet the institution's admission criteria and deadlines.
  • Campus Tours and Information Sessions: Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions to engage with prospective students and present the benefits of our educational programs.
  • Application Support: Assist prospective students in completing application forms, ensuring all required information and documentation are provided accurately.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective students, tracking their progress through the admissions process and following up as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administration to ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.
  • Recruitment Events: Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and school visits to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission requirements or regulations, providing relevant updates to prospective students.
  • Admissions Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of admission policies, procedures, and marketing strategies to enhance enrollment and meet institutional goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on admissions activities, enrollment statistics, and trends to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing, business administration, counseling, or a relevant field.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling is preferable.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' professional marketing experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, or related roles, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing a positive and supportive experience for prospective students.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using admission management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the UK Education Sector: Knowledge of the UK education sector, admission procedures, and enrollment processes is desirable.
  • Teamwork and Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with demonstrated sensitivity and respect for cultural and individual differences.
