The role of a Senior Accountant involves ensuring the efficient management of financial processes and systems. A key aspect of this position is to lead or support projects that aim to improve end-to-end processes, particularly those related to Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, or Budgeting and Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive system implementation and continuous improvement projects, focusing on alignment with company-wide initiatives and the Finance Division roadmap.
  2. Engage in the development and implementation of end-to-end processes or tools related to finance functions.
  3. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including project teams, IT departments, business divisions, and system implementors.
  4. Lead or facilitate weekly update meetings for projects.
  5. Manage administrative matters of the Division and Project team.
  6. Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting, CA/CPA certification, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in systems implementation or continuous improvement projects, focusing on end-to-end processes or tools related to finance functions.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules, SAP B1, or budgeting tools advantageous.
  • Prior experience in data migration of the above processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, and analysis essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, with ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural and matrix environment.
  • Team player with self-motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contract role with renewal subject to Business Unit needs and approval.
