Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking sourcing sales, receipts, and payments for accurate financial reporting. They will also support monthly sales forecasts and analyze variances versus actuals. Additionally, they will monitor collections and payments for required customers and assist in preparing balance sheet schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and record all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and review sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers in QuickBooks and Zoho Books
  • Assist in handling payroll analysis and benefits administration
  • Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (ACCA certification preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience working with a US-based firm is mandatory
