Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The role of the Financial Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth operation of financial transactions and activities within the organization.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing invoices. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in preparing and reconciling internal monthly financial statements, perform bank and account reconciliations, prepare adjustments, and conduct analytical reviews and variance analyses.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as proficiency in English and MS Excel. They should also be able to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process within the given software.

Key skills required for this position include data entry skills, hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software, and a knack for numbers. The coordinator should also possess high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
