The Project Manager is responsible for leading a wide range of project activities from planning to evaluation.

Project Planning
  • Determine the scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation and timeline.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Project Execution
  • Execute the project according to the approved plan.
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure that all project activities are completed within budget and on schedule.
Project Monitoring and Control
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and team members.
Project Evaluation
  • Evaluate project outcomes against established KPIs.
  • Document lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for future project enhancements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
