Job Title: Dental Educator and Clinician

We are seeking a skilled professional to educate dental professionals in clinical settings. As a member of our training team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting technical excellence through courses and certification programs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in dentistry to join our clinical training team. You will be responsible for conducting and assisting in educational courses, promoting technical excellence through meetups and certification courses, creating engaging content for podcasts, participating in internal discussions of cases, communicating effectively with dentists, addressing initial queries from dentists, treating and assisting patients at the clinic, and supporting Business-to-Leader activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive educational courses for dental professionals.
  • Promote best practices in dentistry through continuous education and training initiatives.
  • Create high-quality content for podcasts that support marketing efforts.
  • Engage in active discussions on complex cases with colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional patient care as part of the clinical team.
  • Support business growth by providing expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
