As a detail-oriented professional, you will support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce.

  • Coordinate program planning and delivery across departments.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
  • Gather feedback on sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver CPD programs that meet employee needs.
  • Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning content.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving CPD initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
