Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic bidder who can drive our international sales strategy and win high-value software deals.

This is a non-remote role that requires working on-site at our Karachi office, collaborating closely with our development and marketing teams to deliver web and mobile app development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft winning proposals for complex software projects.
  • Strategize bidding to attract high-value clients across the US, UK, UAE, and EU markets.
  • Manage and optimize our Upwork profile(s) to maintain Top Rated / Top Rated Plus / Expert-Vetted status.
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close deals valued at $5,000+ consistently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals that are both technically sound and client-focused.
  • Stay up-to-date with Upwork algorithm changes, trends, and buyer behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and strategy.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($5K-$30K+) in web & app development.
  • Deep understanding of Upwork policies, categories, client engagement cycles, and sales funnels.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with analytical thinking and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work on-site in North Nazimabad, Karachi.
