Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and optimize engaging social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building vibrant online communities, increasing engagement, and driving significant organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Create compelling and engaging content tailored to our target audience.
  3. Manage and grow our presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  4. Analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Foster and nurture online communities, engaging with followers and driving brand loyalty.
  6. Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, specifically focused on organic growth.
  2. Proven success in creating and executing social media strategies that increased engagement and followership.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience with analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  5. Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content.
  6. Passionate about healthcare, technology, or wellness industries preferred.
