For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to work as a Business Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.

The selected individual should be able to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter, with a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Requirements gathering from relevant stakeholders
  2. Analyzing and researching for best possible solutions
  3. Translating requirements into software specifications using the latest modeling techniques
  4. Communicating requirements with the software development team
  5. Documenting and managing all change requests
  6. Quality assurance of the project/product based on communicated requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving user experience and working closely with engineers to create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.

Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience as a business analyst / software quality assurance
  • Superb written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
