Operational Fulfilment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Fulfilment Specialist to oversee the efficient processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, with a proven track record of ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, utilizing warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update order statuses, and developing processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with team members to optimize order fulfilment processes, meet daily shipping deadlines, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders for processing.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the organization.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfilment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operational management.
  • Proven experience as a Fulfilment Specialist or in a similar Operations role.
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
