We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to manage our social media presence and community engagement. As the digital right-hand to our Director of Strategic Relationships, you will play a vital role in building trust online, managing public-facing content, and bringing our brand to life with intentionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage and engage with followers, influencers, and collaborators online through thoughtful and timely responses to comments and DMs.
  • Track sentiment, feedback, and trends to report on community pulse and provide actionable insights.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently using strong organizational skills.
Content Creation & Planning
  • Create compelling social media copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the design team or independently create engaging visual content using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Build and manage a content calendar across channels to ensure consistency and cohesion.
Strategy & Trend Spotting
  • Support the development of digital and campaign strategies with insights and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify viral formats, trends, or cultural conversations that align with our work and values.
Project Execution & Client Support
  • Assist in launching new brand campaigns, speaker launches, or influencer partnerships.
  • Prepare basic social decks, copy documents, or recap reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to social media audiences.
  • Social intelligence, able to navigate sensitive topics and dynamic conversations with empathy and care.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tools and Software
  • Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, design, and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper.ai).
