Digital Marketing Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional to manage our social media presence, generate leads, and increase engagement through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing social media marketing campaigns, handling lead management, content creation, and performance tracking.

About the Role:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Lead Management & Nurturing: Handle incoming leads from digital campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing leads to conversion through email, CRM, and social media channels.

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and blogs to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve performance based on metrics such as engagement rates and lead conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and senior marketers to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and contribute to lead generation efforts.

  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activity to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing and running social media campaigns.

  2. Expertise in using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to create and manage ads.

  3. Strong experience with lead management, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

  4. An analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, generate reports, and recommend actionable strategies based on data.

  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.

  6. A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
