Technical Interview Specialist

Our team of experts creates high-quality technical interview questions used worldwide to assess engineering talent. Working in various domains, we produce new interview questions on a weekly basis and are responsible for writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring all content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality technical interview questions to update our technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.
  • Evaluate and maintain our interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop new content formats that enable candidates to leverage generative AI during interviews.
  • Create new technical interview questions in various subject domains, leveraging modern technology including generative AI.
  • Mentor junior developers through peer reviews of content developments, ensuring consistent standards.
  • Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and feedback from our corrections team.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
  • Professional working experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or another agentic AI solution for software development.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
