Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent acquisition is a critical function in any organization, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. This position encompasses managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze hiring needs and job requirements for various roles, ensuring a deep understanding of our organizational goals and objectives.
• Utilize online channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to source high-quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process by maintaining open communication and timely updates.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and finalizing employment details, including salary and benefits packages.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition of at least 2-3 years, demonstrating expertise in finding top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of recruitment goals.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and Excel sheets to streamline the hiring process.
