We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.
In this role, you will:
- Support Third Party Management and procurement activities within the GCP team
- Support management of budgets for short to long-term business activities including headcount and travel
- Support workforce management activities including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate risk management activities within the GCP team in collaboration with Risk and Compliance colleagues
- Support Capacity management processes for all components
- Support Change Management / Incident / Problem management processes
- Support Internal Communication (communications sent to Service Owners)
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, centrally hosted documentation for all activities
- Ensure that all controls are evidenced in the right locations at the right time
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuously improve service management processes
