Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day financial activities, including final checking and verification of all vouchers, preparing reports, and monitoring cash flows. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day financial activities.
- Finalize and verify all vouchers, including cash payments, receipts, bank transactions, purchase orders, sales, and various journal entries.
- Prepare reports on weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or annual basis, including cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product castings, expense details, and payment approvals.
- Monitor cash flows, prioritize payments, keep track of deposits, and transfers.
- Visit factories regularly to verify attendance cards and worker information.
- Preparation of payroll, leave, and advance adjustments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
