Job Title: Night Shift Operations Manager

Job Description:

A Night Team Lead is required to lead and manage a night shift team, ensuring performance targets are met. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in telemarketing and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the night shift team, ensuring performance targets are met.
  2. Monitor call quality and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
  3. Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team.
  4. Prepare and present reports on team performance to management.
  5. Resolve any issues or escalations that arise during the shift.
