About Our Services:

Main Responsibilities:
  • We establish, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • We communicate with colleagues through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • We manage software and equipment inventories while providing tech support for networks.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to provide support for MacBook systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and newer versions.
  • Experience with mobile device support.
  • Solid background in desktop support and customer service.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Workspace One or Mas360.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tools, like Okta or OneLogin.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting a wide variety of IT issues.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 and newer.
  • Experience with hosted services including Gmail and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of security software such as Symantec and ESET Antivirus.
  • Experience with printing services and management.
  • Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Experience with VERITAS Backup Executive for data backup.
  • Knowledge of hosted VoIP service providers like Ring Central or Vonage.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-organized documentation.
