Job Description:

We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead our HVAC and Amenities operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the technical expertise of the department.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for HVAC and amenities services, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  2. Technical Operations: Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities within the organization, providing technical guidance to the team.
  3. Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring adherence to timelines and defined objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes to ensure precision and compliance to international standards.
  5. Budget Management: Manage budgets associated with HVAC and amenities services, controlling costs within agreed parameters to ensure financial efficiency.
  6. Reporting: Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and challenges.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks under their management, develop and implement risk response strategies, and monitor risks and response strategies.

This role requires a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical or industrial fields, with at least 9 years of experience.
