About the Role:Technical Support Engineers manage customer issues in Technical Support, train employees, and identify root causes. They also alert stakeholders on larger issues and trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed customer expectations in quality, timeliness, and overall experience.
- Resolve support issues related to products.
- Investigate errors/bugs using available data and tools.
- Assess impact and prevalence of issues to determine root causes.
- Modify user/driver data for support resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support or technical support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
