Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Pavago is hiring on behalf of a client for a remote UX/UI Designer role.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Visual Identity: Design and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing assets. Develop creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives.
  • UI/UX Design: Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma. Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals. Clearly communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively. Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development.
  • Motion Design & Micro-Interactions: Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience. Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows (preferred but not required).

The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and has a natural eye for detail, consistency, and balance in design systems. They thrive in a remote team setting and take ownership of their creative direction. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for web and mobile, logo systems, iconography, and visual brand guidelines is essential.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
