Job Title: Senior WordPress Developer

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive web applications using the latest web standards and user experience measurements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex web applications using WordPress and related technologies.
  • Develop custom themes and child themes for WordPress.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to assess needs in development of themes, child themes, and related functionality.
  • Participate actively in the WordPress community and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of WordPress and its related technologies, including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including React/Vue and Git.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
