We are seeking a seasoned Full-stack developer with expertise in Java, Angular, and AWS to contribute to our team's success. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable backend services and APIs using Java-based microservices and GraphQL API design.">">
  • Ensure the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects align with business goals and industry best practices.">">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technology meets business needs and influence technical decisions.">">
  • Mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.">">
  • Actively participate in recruitment by identifying and interviewing technical talent, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture.">">
">">Requirements:">">
  • ">">
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Full-stack developer with a strong focus on backend systems.">">
  • Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for building scalable and secure backend services, with knowledge of Micronaut framework being a plus.">">
  • Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end technologies including React, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and Apollo Client.">">
  • Strong experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and familiarity with NoSQL databases along with ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate, etc.).">">
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud and AWS native services such as Lambda, S3, SecretManager, DynamoDB.">">
  • Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Karma, Cypress, and Cucumber.">">
  • Experience working with Design Systems is highly desirable.">">
  • Proficiency with developer tools and observability platforms such as Datadog, Mixpanel, LaunchDarkly, and LogRocket.">">
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, and security best practices.">">
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">">
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to identify and implement business-enhancing technical solutions.">">
  • Prior experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth and technical hiring.">">
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.">">
