We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business operations, and performance metrics.

Job Description

The Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas of underperformance and proposing initiatives to improve performance. This includes performing targeted analyses to identify issue root causes when performance targets are not met.

The successful candidate will create and design performance & utilization success metrics, as well as design processes and SQL queries to measure them. They will also assist the team lead in devising strategies and tools for business teams in reaching performance goals and agreed targets.

The Business Performance Analyst will work on the development and implementation of forecasting models, determining impacting business factors and their impact on business & forecasting models.

In addition, they will assist local teams in comparing forecasts to actual performance, identifying reasons behind department performance and results.

The role requires maintaining and monitoring department/organizational KPIs and creating tools & dashboards for Daily/Weekly & Monthly business performance visibility.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's in STEM fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics from a top-tier institution.
  2. 1-3 years of experience.
  3. Must be adept at creating dashboards.
  4. Python knowledge would be beneficial.
  5. Understanding of PowerBI is advantageous.
  6. Ability to structure source data into a data warehouse and automate processes that support business.
