Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Document Handling: Manage documentation efficiently, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, and client records.
  • Social Media Governance: Oversee the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage and oversee the company's profile, contracts, and communications on online work platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
  • Digital Advertising: Utilize online advertising tools to effectively promote the business and its services.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.

Requirements:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the finance or professional services sector (ideal but not essential).
  • Technical Competence: Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and online advertising platforms.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Competency: German language skills are not essential but highly regarded.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week in a fully remote setting with flexible timings.

Remuneration: Competitive pay and opportunities for growth and development.

Other Details: A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and English is the required language. German is also preferred but not essential.
