Job Description

We seek a skilled Hardware Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving hardware/software issues during field trials or deployments.

You will use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies to perform diagnostics and validation. Your primary goal is to ensure the product functions optimally in real-world environments.

Client Interaction & Sales Collaboration

As a Hardware Systems Engineer, you will engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and use cases. You will support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluation trials.

Product Deployment & Post-Sales Support

Assist clients with product installation, configuration, and successful integration. You will provide on-site training and create supporting documentation (user manuals, guides, FAQs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with engineering and design teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements. Participate in internal reviews to help enhance product quality and functionality.

Travel

Be willing to travel up to 50–70% (within Pakistan and internationally) for client visits, product trials, and technical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer, Telecom, IT, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional Experience:
    • Preferred 2+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware design, testing, field support, or product integration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Track record of customer-facing technical roles, especially involving direct client interaction and collaboration with sales or business development teams.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong hands-on skills with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and automated test systems.
    • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software integration issues in real-time field environments.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams, relay technical value to clients, and contribute to pre-sales activities.
