Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MEP specialist to join our team and work on the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for luxury hospitality properties. As an MEP specialist, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings in compliance with project specifications and standards.

  • Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for all MEP services including HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and BMS.
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design coordination and avoid conflicts.
  • Convert MEP engineering designs into CAD/BIM drawings with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with local authority regulations and international codes.

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP drafting for luxury hospitality properties.
  • Excellent understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
