Job Title: Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, training, benefits management, and record keeping.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process to enhance organizational capacity.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their roles.
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge, and provide opportunities for growth and development, thereby increasing job satisfaction and reducing turnover.
  • Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits and rewards, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices, and providing a competitive compensation package that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations, to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding, and a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and retention.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, from entry-level employees to senior executives, and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
