We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily financial transactions, guaranteeing accurate recording and reporting in our accounting system.
  • Lead and review the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budgets.
  • Monitor and manage our cash flow and banking operations, including regular reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Ensure timely processing and accurate management of accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain and oversee the general ledger, including posting of journal entries and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Guarantee tax compliance by overseeing tax filings, preparing necessary documentation, and staying updated with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing complete and accurate financial data.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and forecasting to support management decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor our accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to support financial planning and business operations.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience in supervising accounting staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
