About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Vice President of Engineering and contribute to the success of our Streaming Technology organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the VP's calendar, scheduling appointments, and preparing travel arrangements and expense reports. You will also coordinate team meetings, prepare meeting materials, and oversee the day-to-day management of purchase orders and invoices. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budget management and serve as a liaison between the executive and various teams within the organization.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with 5-7 years of experience in an administrative or coordination position. You should have excellent program management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of the media and technology industry. You will need to be flexible, able to manage ambiguity, and demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
