Job Title: Recovery Officer
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recovery Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely payments and maintaining contact with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track due installments on a monthly basis.
- Ensure assigned monthly recovery targets are consistently met.
- Maintain contact with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to address their queries and concerns.
- Work closely with the finance team to verify all transactions and issue receipts to customers.
- Update account statements and share them with relevant customers.
- Monitor default at the unit level and send reminder letters and legal notices as needed.
- Keep customers informed about construction updates via email and WhatsApp.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Previous real estate experience is an added advantage.
