Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to recover outstanding debts.

You will work closely with debtors to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans that meet their needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this position, as you will need to build trust with customers and handle their inquiries and complaints effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office is also required, along with experience working with targets and deadlines.
