Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Key Tasks

The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer equipment. This involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment as needed.

The role also includes working on competitive equipment and performing warranty and recall work. Experienced representatives will provide technical instruction and guidance to new and less experienced colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Safety and Cybersecurity: Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity policies, practices, and procedures.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Perform startup/commissioning on Schneider Electric products and possible competition equipment. Carry out preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
  3. Troubleshooting and Repair: Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and different problems on our equipment and provide appropriate answers. Evaluate quality or technical issues detected in the field.
  4. Customer Support: Analyze and explain report results to customers and management. Understand EcoStruxure offer and provide technical explanations to customers.
  5. Teamwork and Collaboration: Participate in team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals. Support planners, coordinators, project managers to get good customer site condition understanding.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who possess a bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering, combined with 3-4 years of equivalent experience in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
