Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, develop custom configurations, integrations, and workflows, and design and document technical architecture.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including custom configurations, integrations, and workflows
• Design and document technical architecture, including data models, security models, and integration patterns
• Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient task allocation and delivery
• Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels
• Maintain data integrity and quality through data imports, exports, and cleansing processes
• Configure Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Design and implement complex workflows and approval processes
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access
• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, including performance problems and error handling

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
• Understanding of industry best practices and trends in Salesforce

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
