Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all aspects of our operations.

• To guarantee timely completion of quality control periodic monitoring processes and implement effective measures to prevent delays, it is crucial that this individual has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• A strong understanding of Quality Control within a reputable manufacturing firm will be viewed as an added advantage.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of quality control periodic monitoring processes, implementing effective measures to prevent delays, providing professional support to the team to implement, control, and monitor Quality Assurance and compliance related matters, ensuring alignment with company requirements, understanding and facilitating reporting requirements in relation to the work of Quality Assurance, fostering consistent quality assurance practices across the plant, promoting excellence in all aspects of quality management, documenting business processes within the area of Quality Assurance & Quality Enhancement to ensure business continuity, reviewing and updating the organization's quality assurance and quality enhancement processes periodically to reflect any changes in requirements, inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met, calibrating domestic gas meters according to international standards at different flow rates, ensuring that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits, conducting regular internal and process audits of the QMS ISO 9001:2015, undertaking corrective actions to address non-conformities found during audits, operating the function in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure staff and visitor safety and wellbeing, developing safety policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements, maintaining a team-oriented approach, continuously improving as an individual and contributing to successful goal attainment, and preparing drawings and specifications of procured components for gas meters, equipment, and machines.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality Control within a reputable manufacturing firm.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks, if required.
