We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Trainee to join our organization.

Job Overview

As a Project Manager Trainee, you will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring internal projects/strategic initiatives. You will work closely with project owners, departmental heads, and team members to ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and reporting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Support project teams in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  2. Project Execution: Execute project plans, manage project resources, and track project progress. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
  3. Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance project delivery. Ensure timely submission of project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Project Closure: Ensure smooth project closure, document lessons learned, and conduct post-project reviews. Implement process improvements and best practices.
  5. Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, build strong relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
