Project Manager Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support project managers in coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring coordination with all departments.
  2. Assist in providing project updates to management through presentations and reports.
  3. Help prepare weekly and monthly target reports.
  4. Foster collaboration between Head Office and project site teams.
  5. Contribute to the development of analysis comparing planned and actual progress.
  6. Participate in identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  7. Assist in developing procurement plans and tracking procurement activities.
  8. Generate material purchase requests.
  9. Coordinate RFIs related to projects.
  10. Monitor material demands across all projects for visibility.
  11. Support design and drawings management.

Requirements:

  • A construction-related engineering degree or a Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration or Management.
