Lead Technical Architect

The role of a Senior Software Engineer is an exciting opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and drive the growth of our technology teams.
Job Responsibilities- Leverage your technical expertise to mentor and lead cross-functional teams of junior software engineers, while collaborating closely with Q&A and DevOps departments.
- You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable solutions.
- We are seeking a skilled individual to own the technical roadmap, evolve, develop, and deliver our core platform and products.
- Assess complex stakeholder requirements and integrate them into our technology stack, improving the system from both a technical team and end-user perspective.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retained hands-on capability with our technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).

Additional Requirements
A deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications.
In-depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Architecture.
Working experience as a project manager or team lead.
A proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including the engineering team, the leadership team, and other company functions.
Ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
A balanced systematic approach to programs of work and problem solving.
