Solutions Architect: Technical Solution Designer

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Solutions Architect to join our team. This role bridges technical solution design, client engagement, and customer support, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enriching experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution
  • Customer Success

The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on customer success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical solutions with client relationship management.

The Solutions Architect will collaborate with engineering, product teams, and clients to design reliable solutions, resolve customer-facing issues, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integration.
  • Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Solutions Architect / Engineering, Technical Customer Success Management or Senior Customer Support roles within the SaaS industry.
  • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, non-technical, and technical audiences.
