We are seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms and drive business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Ecommerce Management: Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies, optimizing product listings, inventory management, and order processing to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials to engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform data-driven decision making.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence to attract organic traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and tailoring content to specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor social media metrics to optimize online presence.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to build loyalty and trust.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
